Founded in 2004, EAP is a real estate firm focused on identifying and developing real estate projects in Miami and Southeast Florida.

Our projects have been located in Miami-Dade County, City of Miami, City of Doral, Town of Surfside, Miami Gardens, West Palm Beach, and Fort Myers. Primarily, we have focused on workforce multifamily, but we are also experienced in high-end condominiums, luxury condo-hotels, hospitality, and self-storage. With such a diverse background, EAP is highly adaptable to any project.
We have developed strong relationships with the best available teams of professionals in South Florida, including zoning attorneys, architects, planners, engineers, and general contractors. This allows us to be extremely efficient in each development process we participate in.
Leonardo Ambard holds over 20 years of international real estate experience. He specializes in the identification, acquisition, development, and repositioning of real estate assets. Ambard places emphasis on the importance of being direct, meticulous, and trustworthy throughout all of his projects.
Successful experience with professionals and advisors, connections to both national and international developers and investors, and vast knowledge in all aspects of project management are valuable assets to his clients. His extensive involvement includes managing projects through all stages. He has successfully designed, developed, owned, and operated a diverse category of projects including residential rental and condominium, hospitality, and self-storage.
Ambard holds a degree in architecture and a Master’s in Construction Economics and Management from University College London in England.
