Vista Lago is a complex project that includes 288 apartments, 113 townhomes, 2 clubhouses, and amenities. The project is located on a 7.8-acre site alongside a lake with a preservation area for a Bald Eagle’s nest. 

 

EAP was hired as the owner’s representative to manage the development process through construction and assist in the intricate entitlement process. This included several environmental permits at local, state, and federal level, due to the size of the site, the previous presence of wetlands, and the Bald Eagle’s presence. 

 

EAP was also in charge of selection, contract negotiations, and coordination with the property management company.

 

The project construction was completed in 14 months and is currently leasing up.
